Sean Janse van Rensburg (BA (Law)) (LLB) (LLM)(UP)
He currently practices in the commercial and litigation department. He completed his articles of clerkship at Manley Incorporated, whilst completing his LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court of South Africa in 2020. Sean currently holds an LLM in Mercantile Law from the University of Pretoria, with electives in Insolvency Law, Competition Law and Cyber Law. Sean has a keen interest in Company Law, Competition Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Cody Kinsella (Bcom(Law)(LLB)(LLM)(UP)
He currently practices in the debt collection, compliance and litigation department. He completed his articles of clerkship at Burden Swart & Botha Attorneys, whilst completing his LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court of South Africa in 2021. Cody currently holds an LLM in Banking and Finance from the University of Pretoria, with electives in Advanced Consumer Credit Law and the Law of Banking and Financial Institutions. Cody has a keen interest in the National Credit Act, Property Law and Insolvency Law.
